I create realistic portraits of many species of animals both pets and wildlife my choice of medium is Pastel on Velour or Acrylic on Canvas or Canvas Board. However, I do paint in many other mediums.  I love being a pet portrait Artist! Animals are such beautiful creatures to paint in pastels and acrylics; most of us consider our dog, cat, horse, or other animals, part of the family. They give us the unconditional love that only a pet can provide.

They’re loyal and our loyal friends, no matter what; they are always there for us loving, forgiving and sensitive. I love animals and can’t think of any subject I would rather paint than dogs cats, horses and wildlife.
